Tomasz Aleszczyk, Founder and Managing Partner of ATP Properties, has over 15 years of experience in the real estate market with a track record exceeding €1 billion in completed transactions. Before founding ATP, he held senior positions at leading firms, including Echo Investment and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, building extensive expertise in acquisitions, disposals, and investor relations. A recent graduate of the IESE Executive MBA program, Tomasz combines deep market knowledge with a client-first approach, advising top investors and developers across Europe on complex portfolio strategies and landmark transactions.
